Äntligen fick jag min snö! Även fast jag givetvis helst hade haft den till jul så är jag himla glad att jag hann uppleva lite + riktig kyla innan jag åker tillbaka till Australien. Allt blir så ljust, glittrigt och vackert! Idag har jag fixat och trixat med lite inlägg och nu ska jag packa en väska då jag ska bo hos min kusin Sofia och hennes familj över nyårshelgen. Så mysigt! Var hos frisören igår och kom hem med en helt ny hårfärg, men mer om det imorgon!

Finally some snow! Everything is so much more beautiful, brighter and more sparkly when there is snow on the ground. Today I’ve been working on some posts and now I’ll pack my bag because tomorrow I’ll go to my cousin Sofia’s house for New Years. I’m really looking forward to it! I went to the hairdresser yesterday and came home with a whole new color on my hair, but more about that tomorrow!

Det var lite knepigt att hitta en plats till granen men efter mycket funderande och flyttande så hittade vi en plats där den både var snygg och syntes från hela undervåningen!

We found the perfect place for the Christmas tree where we could see it from almost all the rooms.

Det blev omedvetet en vid och en röd sida under granen!

Without knowing it we had one white and one red side under the tree!

Det blev ett väldigt enkelt men mumsigt julbord i år vilket var skönt när vi inte var så många!

Swedish christmas food, yummie! 

Även fast jag är yngst så kommer tomten fortfarande och hälsar på mig, tack tomten!

Even tough I’m the youngest Santa still comes to visit me, thanks Santa!

På annandagen åkte vi upp till Dalarna för att hälsa på lite släkt! Vi åkte även till vår gamla sommarstuga ute i skogen vid en sjö som vi hade när jag växte upp. Så mycket nostalgi och minnen, jag har inte varit där på 10 år! Ön på bilden brukade vi alltid ro till och bada från eller ha picknick.

We went to our old summer house that is located in the middle of the woods next to a lake. So many memories and nostalgia! I haven’t been there in 10 years. I used to take the boat to the small island in the picture to swim and have picnics. 

Såhär såg husen ut! Vi kikade in genom fönstrerna (busigt) och de nya ägarna har nästan alla våra gamla möbler kvar. Vi bodde i huset till höger och det i mitten och till vänster var alltid fullt med en massa gäster! Så många perfekta somras spenderades här.

And this is the houses! I stayed in the one on the right and the other two were always full will guests! So many perfect summers were spent here. 

Helgen slutade med middag hos mormor och morfar!

The weekend ended with dinner at my grandparents!
